Eric Adams, Laurent Anselmi and Egyptian actress Caroline Azmi will be among the honoured guests of La Dolce Vita at Ca’ Sagredo during the Venice International Film Festival.
VENICE, ITALY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2026

Lidia Weber, Alisa Roever and Massimiliano Giobergia will be among the leading international personalities joining La Dolce Vita, the Royal Gentlemen Gala Dinner and Congress Awards taking place at the historic Ca’ Sagredo during the 83rd Venice International Film Festival. Presented by Thomas Misse and Marek Harmony of the Royal Gentlemen Club together with Anna Stukkert, founder and president of the Congress Awards, the evening will unite jewellery, beauty, philanthropy, cinema, diplomacy and music within one of Venice’s most remarkable palazzi. Rather than following the conventional format of a large ceremonial gala, the organisers are creating an intimate international gathering in which the character of the venue, the carefully selected guest circle and the artistic programme become part of one complete experience.

Lidia Weber, Director of Special Projects at Oliver Weber Collection, will represent the Austrian jewellery house as Official Jewellery Partner of the evening. Presented in more than 50 international markets, the brand will unveil its new Dolce Vita Collection inside the frescoed rooms of Ca’ Sagredo. Inspired by reflections across the Venetian lagoon, Carnival, historic architecture and the city’s changing light, the Swarovski® crystal jewellery will establish a dialogue between contemporary European design and centuries of Venetian artistic heritage. Italy’s beauty industry will be represented by Massimiliano Giobergia, General Manager of Cosmetic Tailors, the principal private-label division of BEAUTICON VALLEY. Founded in Brescia by the Negretti family in 1959, the group leads a network of more than 50 companies, operates in over 130 countries, employs approximately 600 people worldwide and has exceeded EUR 400 million in consolidated turnover. Cosmetic Tailors develops bespoke Made in Italy products for international beauty companies, combining scientific research, specialised laboratories, clinical testing and the craftsmanship of a traditional Italian atelier.

The philanthropic dimension of La Dolce Vita will be represented by Alisa Roever, founder of Angels Helpers, an organisation supporting children and young people through access to education, culture, the arts and talent development. Roever founded the initiative together with Bernard Adams, the brother of Eric Adams, and her charitable work has brought her into the same New York philanthropic circle as the former mayor, who has attended an Angels Helpers charity dinner. Eric Adams, the 110th Mayor of New York City from 2022 to 2025, will be among the principal international guests in Venice, and his public leadership and international activities will receive special recognition during the Congress Awards programme. He will be joined by Laurent Anselmi, the current President of the Monaco Sea Academy, whose work is connected with education, ocean protection and Monaco’s historic maritime tradition. From 2019 to 2022, Anselmi served as Monaco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and later became Chief of Staff to H.S.H. Prince Albert II.

Contemporary Egyptian cinema and television will be represented by Caroline Azmi, one of the most recognisable actresses of her generation. She gained wide recognition through her roles in popular productions including The Godfather, Ramadan Kareem, Abu Al-Arousa, The Thief and Fahd El-Batal, while her international social media audience has grown to approximately five million followers. Other guests will include Al Kash, founder of projects spanning media, publishing, entertainment, talent management and luxury events, including Venus Luxury Magazine, Venus Production, Venus Entertainment, Venus Elite Models, OST Casting and One Stop Talents. The Congress Awards programme, created from the international network of the International Investment Congress, has recognised achievement across business, culture, media, philanthropy and public life since 2016. Its events have taken place in Munich, Berlin, Monaco, Paris, Cannes and Davos, bringing together more than 4,000 participants from 29 countries, while Cannes hosted its 20th edition in 2026.
Music will complete the evening’s artistic narrative. Award-winning soprano Alina Zamalieva, the recipient of more than 15 international honours, will bring the dramatic power of the opera stage to Ca’ Sagredo. She was recognised at the Covent Garden Opera Competition with the London City Philharmonic, received First Prize at the VI International Music Festival in Vienna, studied at the Belcanto Academy with the legendary Mirella Freni and reached the quarterfinals of The Voice of Germany. Yuri and Ksenia Wheelman will present Wheelman Duo and their signature Couture Crossover language, combining exceptional voices, iconic film music, contemporary sound, movement and visual storytelling. Their artistic partnership began at the Bolshoi Theatre and now continues at international events from Monte-Carlo to Cannes. As Art Ambassadors of Blue Alliance Monaco, they are also developing Echo of the Ocean, an audiovisual project connecting music, imagery, artificial intelligence and ocean protection. Rezeda Kalimullina will complete the musical journey with her expressive blend of soul, jazz and pop. With 25 years of stage experience, her artistic development has included mentorship from multiple Grammy-nominated American vocalist, pianist and composer Karen Edwards, whose career has included performances with Stevie Wonder, Prince and Tony Bennett.

Recognised
as a National Monument, Ca’ Sagredo will become more than the setting for La
Dolce Vita. Its monumental staircase, frescoed salons and historic art
collection will create a space where Austrian jewellery craftsmanship, Italian
cosmetic innovation, international philanthropy, cinema, diplomacy and live
music meet in one distinctive Venetian evening.
